The Effects of Job Insecurity on Turnover Intention of Stars Hotel Employee in DKI Jakarta: Mediating Role of Job Stress

The hotel industry is in a state of perpetual change due to the emergence covid-19, high competition, and economic crisis. Based on that situation, this research study discusses effects Job Insecurity Stress Turnover Intention also mediating role Stress. A total 150 surveys were conducted stars DKI Jakarta by adapting non-probability sample using purposive sampling technique. This was used Structural Equation Model processed with Positive (SEM) Partial Least Square (Smart PLS) software test hypotheses mediation model bootstrapping method. result presents job insecurity insignificant toward turnover intention while stress positive significant intention, stress, relationship confirmed.
